Purpose

This reflection tool helps you gently identify:

  • what is draining you unnecessarily

  • what is outside your control

  • where you still have meaningful agency

There are no right answers.
You may return to this reflection whenever the weight feels heavy.

1. What am I trying to control right now that I cannot actually change?
(A situation, an outcome, another person’s response, a timeline…)




2. How does holding onto this affect my body, energy, or spirit?




3. What is within my control in this moment?
(Examples: my tone, my boundaries, my rest, my choices, asking for help…)




4. What would it look like to release one small piece today?
(Not everything. Just one.)
