The Caregiver’s Compass grew out of lived caregiving experience—out of moments of love, fatigue, grief, and devotion that often go unnamed.
With a background in nursing and education, I created this space not to give answers, but to offer orientation. A place where caregivers can pause, notice where they are, and choose their next best direction with compassion and clarity.
This work honors the truth that caregiving is not a straight path— honoring that every caregiving journey is unique and that we are not lost. The terrain has changed. This exists to help caregivers pause, reflect, and find their bearings—without pressure, judgment, or urgency.
